Before the construction of Longwan Power Plant, Indonesia, man-machine access was not allowed. After the completion of the plant with our core techniques (the Indonesian President visited the plant in person), it was praised by the Central Television Station of Indonesia as “a task considered impossible by many countries, but China's vacuum technique made it possible". During the APEC meeting 2013 in Indonesia, it was praised by CCTV as “an upgraded version of Made in China”.

Duyen Hai Power Plant is located in the coastal city of southern Vietnam. The plant area was about 52 hectares, with 26m thick soft soil below the surface. It was treated by low-level high vacuum layered preloading compaction method. After 90-100 days of preloading, the construction settlement reached 1.8m and the consolidation degree of soft soil reached more than 90%, meeting the requirements of bearing capacity and post construction settlement of the project. The method was adopted in the project Phase I-III successively.

The hydraulically filled fly ash foundation (320,000 m²) of Guangdong Zhanjiang Aoli Oil Power Plant, after 90 days of construction by HVDM, the bearing capacity of fly ash has been rapidly increased by 3-4 times, with a characteristic value of 120kPa and a treatment depth of 6 meters; Phase II Continue to use this construction method.

The Indonesian Cikarang Listrindo power plant project is located 50 kilometers east of Jakarta. It is a key local power plant project. The original landform of the project is farmland and semi-swamp.

The Sumsel 5 pithead coal-fired power plant project in Indonesia is a key power plant project in southern Sumatra. The area is widely distributed with heavy silty clay and silty soil with the properties of expansive soil. The method of pressing and other methods has achieved good results.

The pre-construction geological silt is 16 meters thick. After being processed by this patent, the bearing capacity is rapidly increased from 30-40kPa to 120kPa, which has been highly recognized by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam and Vietnam Petrochemical. On the day of construction, the President of Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, visited the construction site and delivered a speech. Follow-up projects continue to use this technology.

The Vietnam 2x600 MW Long Phuoc Power Plant project is located in Long Phuoc City, southern Vietnam. The plant area is about 68.8 hectares, and the ground is 15.5~18.5m thick soft soil. It is treated by low-level high-vacuum layered pre-compacting and compaction method, and the pre-compression is 90-100. Today, the construction settlement reached 1.7m, and the soft soil consolidation degree reached more than 90%, meeting the requirements of the project’s bearing capacity and post-construction settlement.

The Vietnam Taiping Power Plant Project is located in Taiping City, northern Vietnam. The area to be treated is about 10 hectares. The soft soil is 28-30m thick below the surface. The knot degree reaches more than 90%, which meets the requirements of the project's bearing capacity and post-construction settlement.
